Who is InkSight Supply and what does it stand for?
[In-k-sight] The capacity to discern the true nature of a situation or things. Our company’s name is derived from the word “insight” with a “k” added to keep the nature of the industry it is focusing on. Our goal is to be more than a wholesaler/supplier to all the friends and professionals, we want to better the industry by contributing back as much as possible. Our company is managed and operated by professionals for the professionals and we strive to define the name and slogan our company stands for.

Does InkSight Supply attend tattoo conventions or do any sponsorship?
Yes, we attend and sponsor most of the major tattoo conventions in Canada and certain international ones. We also sponsor special friends and professionals from the tattooing and art industry to attend conventions with us. We strongly believe in promoting the industry and bringing friends in the industry together to share the common interest in the art of tattooing.
Am I able to ask for advice on any technical questions with a sales representative?
No, InkSight does not offer any advice on any technical questions on tattooing or piercing. The purchaser of our products accepts the full responsibility for the proper use of the products and their customers.
Can I have a sample package from InkSight Supply before placing an order?
We do not have any sample package for free, however, if you are a new customer and wanted to try out our products before placing a large quantity order, we suggest you order our Sample Package for a very low special price.
Does InkSight Supply sell to other professionals outside of Canada?
Yes, we sell our products to all the professionals worldwide.
How updated are all of InkSight Supply's products listed on the website or catalogue?
Most of the products being sold by InkSight are listed on our catalogue, and any new products will be listed on our website, under the New Arrivals section. We are constantly upgrading and adding on new products so visit our website or call us to inquire.
Is there any warranty or guarantee on products purchased through InkSight?
All products purchased from InkSight Supply have a 15 day exchange or replacement period. Note: please read below the refund and exchange policy which is related to this topic.
Does InkSight Supply accept refunds or exchanges on any products ordered?
Yes, we offer a 15 day exchange or return policy; all returns and exchanges must be in its original packaging and contain all the original accessories. Please note that all of our inks and sterile products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This is to ensure all of our products being sold are brand new and not tampered with. We also reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products. (We do not exchange or refund any tattoo inks to ensure all of our customers are getting ink products that have never been opened before).
What happens if I find a similar product from another competitor for a cheaper price?
Our company does its best efforts in offering all of our customers the best price for the best quality products that we supply. If you find a major competitor in Canada selling a similar product for a lower price, you can let our sales representatives know and we will gladly match it. Certain restrictions apply, please contact us by phone when doing a product price match.
Do I get any additional discounts on large quantity order?
Yes, there are discounts on large quantity orders. Please contact our sales representatives for more information.
What payment methods does InkSight Supply accept on an order?
The methods of payment accepted are the following: Money Orders, Certified Cheques, Cash (which can be paid by C.O.D), bank wire transfer, and any major Credit Card during the order with our sales representatives. All credit card payments must be verified. Please note that we do not accept personal or business cheques at this time.

What are the shipping methods that InkSight Supply uses?
The main shipping method that InkSight Supply uses for shipping out packages is UPS and Canada Post. However if there is another shipping method you prefer, please notify our sales representatives during your order. Most prepaid back orders (out of stock products) receive FREE SHIPPING!!!
How is the shipping cost of an ordered package calculated?
The shipping cost of an ordered package is calculated by its weight and size using the shipping company's shipping chart. We strongly suggest to our customers that during the cold or winter season, it is better to use UPS Express or Canada Post Express for faster shipping to avoid the inks from freezing.
What are the Ordering & Shipping information details?
Please refer below for the ordering and shipping information:
  • Orders can be placed by calling us at 1.866.720.1699, by fax at 1.604.273.1692, by visiting our website, or walk in during our business hours.
  • Our office hours are Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm P.S.T., and Saturdays from 11:00am to 3:00pm P.S.T.
  • All orders placed between 10:00am to 3:00pm P.S.T. will be shipped out on the same day. Any orders placed after 3:00pm may be shipped out on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped out on the following Monday.
  • Orders are primarily shipped through UPS Standard; additional charges will be applied for UPS Express, Overnight, and Saturday Delivery (not available in all areas; please call InkSight Supply for more information). If you prefer a different courier for shipping your products, please notify us during the ordering process.
  • All Shipping and C.O.D. charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the total cost of the order unless special FREE shipping promo is in effect.
  • Payment methods accepted are: C.O.D. Money Order, Certified Cheque, and Cash; all major credit cards during ordering process, or bank wire transfer. Note: All customers paying by credit card first time, please fax or email us a copy of your driver’s license or picture ID and credit card, this is to ensure the security of the credit card holder.
  • All orders outside of North America must be paid by bank wire transfer.
  • FREE SHIPPING or DELIVERY is available to most parts of the Lower Mainland, BC with orders over $50, same day or next day guaranteed!!! However, a small handling fee of $7.00 still applies to all local deliveries.
  • All orders are confirmed with a tracking number for the customer’s convenience.
  • For any unclaimed package by the customer, a re-stocking fee plus the shipping cost of the unclaimed package will be applied to the customer’s next order.

Can I cancel my account anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your account at anytime with us, and we reserve the right to cancel any account at anytime if a customer does not comply with our customer rules or purposely trying to cause unnecessary problems.
